01.Acceptance of Protocol
By deploying a vault within the Vault Guard network, you acknowledge the decentralized nature of the Neural Ledger. You accept that data immutability is guaranteed by distributed consensus, not a central authority.
02.Validator Responsibility
Node operators are responsible for maintaining 99.9% uptime and ensuring the physical security of their validator hardware. Failure to comply with security protocols may result in automated node slashing.
03.Asset Custody
The Web3 Vault Guard protocol is non-custodial. Individual operators retain full control over their private keys. The protocol manages the encryption and distribution layers, not the assets themselves.
04.Governance Compliance
All protocol parameters are subject to DAO governance. By using the protocol, you agree to abide by the on-chain execution of approved community proposals.
Agreement Consent
Accessing the Neural Ledger Protocol signifies your explicit agreement to these terms. As a decentralized system, these are enforced by smart contract logic and community consensus.
